Personal Study for me to brush up on my animating skills. The neon light designs allowed me to show variety, and have each design run at different frame rates simultaneously. I liked being able to illustrate an idea with a small amount of frames and timing. Final clip is made up of 12 frames at 1fps to give off the flashing neon look.
